This Privacy Policy explains how AirHeadz Heating & Cooling LLC (“AirHeadz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit airheadzllc.com, contact us, or use our HVAC services in Tucson and the surrounding areas.

AirHeadz Heating & Cooling LLC is a licensed HVAC contractor (Arizona ROC 337623) serving Tucson, Arizona and the surrounding communities. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy. This policy applies to airheadzllc.com and to the information we collect when you request or receive service from us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site, book an appointment, call, text, or email us, we collect the information you choose to share. This typically includes:

• Your name;
• Your phone number and email address;
• Your service address or the location of the equipment;
• A description of your HVAC need or the message you send us; and
• Any other details you include when you contact us or when we perform work for you (for example, equipment details, appointment history, and invoices).

If you apply for financing, that application is submitted directly to our third-party lending partners; we do not collect or store your full credit application or financial account details. See Section 6.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting and security providers, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to operate the site, keep it secure, and understand how it is used.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots on our forms. Turnstile may collect limited technical signals about your browser to do this; it does not use them to track you across other websites.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule and perform HVAC service;
• Provide estimates, invoices, and customer support;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website;
• Send you service-related messages (such as appointment confirmations and follow-ups);
• Send you marketing communications where permitted — see Section 4; and
• Comply with the law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. Marketing & advertising

If you contact us or become a customer, we may follow up with you about our services, seasonal maintenance, and promotions by phone or email. You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to an email or by calling or emailing us using the details in Section 12. We will still send you messages we need to send to complete a job you have requested.

We advertise our services on platforms such as Google and social media to reach homeowners and businesses in the Tucson area. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently place third-party advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Cookies & analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential/security cookies set by our CDN and security provider (Cloudflare) and by the online-booking widget, which are needed for the site and booking to work.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and usage data on our behalf. You can opt out using your browser settings or Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Because there is no industry-standard response, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers who work on our behalf, under contract, including: Housecall Pro (scheduling, booking, invoicing, and customer records), Resend (delivering email from our website forms to us), Cloudflare (content delivery, DNS, and bot protection), Vercel (website hosting), and Google (fonts and analytics).
• Financing partners — if you choose to apply for financing, your application goes directly to the lender you select (Wisetack, Wells Fargo, or Synchrony). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AirHeadz, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and bot protection on our forms — to safeguard your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, contact us using Section 12.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will verify your request against the information we have before acting on it.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
