These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of airheadzllc.com and your engagement with AirHeadz Heating & Cooling LLC (“AirHeadz,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or requesting service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services, request an estimate, book an appointment, or contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or fraudulent information.

2. Our services

AirHeadz provides residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration services — including installation, repair, and maintenance — and portable HVAC rentals in Tucson and surrounding areas. The specific scope, terms, and warranty for any job are set out in the written estimate, work order, or service agreement we provide for that job, which controls if it conflicts with anything on the website.

3. Estimates, pricing & the $75 diagnostic

Prices, plans, and promotions shown on this website are provided for general information, may change without notice, and are not offers or guarantees of a final price. Our $75 residential diagnostic fee brings a licensed technician to your home to diagnose the issue; it is credited toward the cost of the repair when you have us perform the work. You will receive a written price before any repair is performed. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and are subject to inspection of the actual equipment and conditions on site.

4. Scheduling & payment

Same-day and appointment availability is not guaranteed and depends on demand, location, and conditions. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement unless you have arranged financing. Fees for returned payments or late balances, if any, will be disclosed to you.

5. Financing

We offer financing through independent third-party lenders (Wisetack, Wells Fargo, and Synchrony). All financing is subject to credit approval and is governed by the lender’s own terms, rates, and privacy policies. AirHeadz is not the lender and does not make credit decisions.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

Workmanship and equipment warranties, where they apply, are described in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement for your job. Manufacturer warranties (for example, Trane and Ruud equipment) are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and registration requirements.

The website itself is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the website, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have under Arizona law that cannot legally be limited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirHeadz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit our liability for the HVAC services we actually perform, which is addressed in your written service agreement and by applicable Arizona law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the AirHeadz name and mascots, photography, and page design — is owned by AirHeadz or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Your submissions

When you submit information through our forms, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

10. Third-party links & services

Our site uses and links to third-party services (such as our online-booking provider and financing partners) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

AirHeadz Heating & Cooling LLC is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, ROC 337623, and is bonded and insured. Consumers may contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with questions about a licensed contractor.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
